My husband sent the AOS package and used his aunt and grandma as housold members (they filled I864A)

We got a check list yesterday asking to prove relationship with aunt and grandma, the problem is that the father for reasons that |I cant tell dont have a birth certificate and the aunt's birth certificate only shows the father's name not the mother's.

What options do we have?? can the aunt and grandma prepare and sign an affidavit notarized????

PLEASE HELP !

Thanks in advance

He needs to show that they are dependant on him, because that is what I-864 are for. His last three years tax returns with them listed as dependents would be a good start.

Relationship between my husband and his aunt and grandma (they both signed I864A household members)

Only if your husband claimed each them on his 2011 tax return can they be considered household members for the I-864A. Is that the case?
