uscis mailed me this (47days from noa1)

On August 23, 2012, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

For approved applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include USCIS sending notification of the approved application/petition to the National Visa Center or the Department of State. For denied applications/petitions, post-decision activity may include the processing of an appeal and/or motions to reopen or reconsider and revocations.

Now your petition will be mailed to the National Visa Center for further processing.

Congratulations...!!!

You probably shouldn't advertise too much that you received your approval in 47 days.

Bragging isn't nice when so many are suffering with Very long waits.

Yes this is your NOA 2. Congratulations! Now your case will be transferred to the National Visa Center & you will wait until the NVC assigns you a case number after which you will pay the required fee's & send in the rest of the documents.

sorry it wasnt my intention to brag about this, it just i dont really have an idea, that's why im asking.. im really sorry all i think is that im too excited.. thank you for your response :)

12/12/12 - Packet 3

12/21/12 - Packet 4

1/16/13 - Medical Exam

1/17/13 - Interview- computers crashed.... or so they claim!

1/28/13 - New interview date- Admin. Processing

2/4/13 - Denial- No waiver can apply

July 14 2013 - Moved to Vienna with my dog and 3 suitcases!
