I am trying to get all the paperwork organized to send in with the I-129 and I just noticed that I have to submit a passport photo of my fiance. Someone that I know that lives in JA told me that she though the photo had to be signed by a JP. I thought that was only the case for when he is applying for his actual passport. I just wanted to clarify that he doesn't need to have the photo I submit with the initial paperwork signed in any way.

Also, I have to send him the 2 forms to sign and was thinking UPS? I know they also use DHL there so I wasn't sure what is the most efficient way. It would be going to a post office since there is no actual address.

Thanks for any info you can offer...we are just starting this process and any guidance will help since he has no clue as to what to do..it's like the blind leading the blind!

The picture doesn't have to be signed, but just put the complete name of the person on the back of it.

Passport photos of you and your fiance(e) are needed for your initial submission of I-129F. They don't need to be signed but they do need to be identified by writing the full name on the back of them.
