Hey guys! I was wondering what some of the latest, recent interview dates were that people are receiving? Trying to figure out if getting a late September interview would even be possible or expect a hopefully, early October interview? As always, THANK YOU!! :star:

November 19, 2010 - Met for the first time on first trip to JA

February 2011 - Second trip to JA

May 2011 - Third trip to JA

February 10, 2012 - Engaged on Fourth trip to JA

February 13, 2012 – I-129F Mailed: VSC

February 22, 2012 – NOA1

August 10, 2012 – NOA2

August 17, 2012 - NVC received

August 23, 2012 - Jamaican Consulate received

August 30, 2012 – emailed DS-230

August 31, 2012 - Consulate verified receipt of DS-230 by email

September 17, 2012 - Packet 4 received

October 4, 2012 - Medical Appointment

October 19, 2012 - Interview

No, Kingston just received packet yesterday. We were going to electronically submit DS-230 on Monday.

November 19, 2010 - Met for the first time on first trip to JA

February 2011 - Second trip to JA

May 2011 - Third trip to JA

February 10, 2012 - Engaged on Fourth trip to JA

February 13, 2012 – I-129F Mailed: VSC

February 22, 2012 – NOA1

August 10, 2012 – NOA2

August 17, 2012 - NVC received

August 23, 2012 - Jamaican Consulate received

August 30, 2012 – emailed DS-230

August 31, 2012 - Consulate verified receipt of DS-230 by email

I know, I know :P ... My fiance wants to feel like "he has a part" in this whole process. So, he decided that he wants to fill out his forms, scan them, and email them in. :bonk: So, for the sake of arguing; WHATEVER. I guess we are actually going to sit down tomorrow and do them (him at the computer, and me on the phone telling him what to do) :yes:

I know, I know :P ... My fiance wants to feel like "he has a part" in this whole process. LMBO!!! Cute! (F) Well...this is ONLY a guess....but the interview date comes about 4 weeks after you send the DS230. Weekends and US Holidays may impact the date as well. :D

After the Embassy received our DS-230, they scheduled the interview for 4 weeks and 2 days later. The medical exam needs to be done a minimum of 10 days before the interview.

Does it have to be signed, I read somewhere that they will have him sign it there?

We were going to electronically submit DS-230 on Monday.

We are sending ours Monday as well.

Moved from K1 Process & Procedures to Caribbean regional form; OP is asking about the availability of interview dates at the US Embassy in Kingston.

March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

We received our interview date by email within the hour after emailing in ds230. Date for 9/21/2012. Email sent 8/23/2012.

DS-230 part 1 needs to be signed and sent to the Embassy before they will schedule an interview. DS-230 part 2 needs to be signed at the interview.

Ok so after reading all these post I have to add that my fiance filled out the DS 230 signed and submitted to the embassy on the 27th and they replied that he was eligible for an interview and his letter will be mailed to him within 6 to 8 weeks. I am so confused as to how other have gotten it emailed and we have to wait on the snail mail. just asking what to do at his point?

Call the Department of State and see if they have your interview date.
