I’m preparing the documents and everything else my fiancé will need for his interview. I will be mailing via FedEx this huge packet of documentation to him. What is the best way to organize the documents? What should I put the forms and evidence of an ongoing relationship in? I already have the original packet of the I-129F organized in the same manner that I sent with the visa application. I want to make sure that the forms he needs to turn in at the interview are readily available for him. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Here is a link for Kingston Consulate

I would put them in the order that they outline on the website, unless someone who has gone through that process from Jamaica states differently from recent experience.

Also, paper clip each form with documents individually and put sticky tabs identifying them.

That will help tremendously for your fiance to quickly identify. (i.e. I-134)

Hope this helps some...

Good luck

Hi...

I just sent the paperwork i needed to send to my fiancé yesterday via FedEx ($152.00 dollars’ worth of paperwork) I went and bought an accordion plastic file folder and started in the back of it without proof of relationship paperwork. In each separate file I put our phone record’s, then our Skype records, then our emails, exc... then i made sure i had the affidavit of support paperwork in one file, then a file for miscellaneous stuff in another, one for our pictures (dated and where we’re at)

Basically I just tried to make everything easy for him... i also bought sticky notes and stuck them on everything say what this file was, and I sent him 2 black pens just in case he couldn’t find his, and i sent an extra sticky note pack in case he need that for some reason...

Like you I wanted him to be able to pull everything out of the back and take it right to the office... but I found that the accordion file worked great for us...

Good Luck and you sound like you have everything under control….

Just today I was second guessing myself, did I sent enough stuff? What else could I of sent him? Was everything right? Oh my gosh some days I feel like I’m going to pull my hair out hehe…

you can put the forms together then put the evidence of on going relationship by itself and also separate the I134 stuff  good luck on the interview.

I did the same as I-129F, I put a cover letter on top. I paperclipped certain sections with color paperclips, so my fiance can find the sections easily.
