My question is, can I download and be taking care of/filing out any of this while i'm waiting on a case number. Is there anything else I should be looking at as well to be getting togethe to make this go faster, smoother? Ive looked at a few gov sites but its all pretty vauge.

Yes, start putting the two packages together while you're waiting for a case number!

what does the translator need to write and should it be for every document or just once for all

and do i need to send 6 months of paystubs of just the last month or so

now i am at this part, should i plan about fours months before Interview, what is norm

Read the third paragraph here about translations: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html

And if your pay stubs have a YTD (year-to-date) amount, then you really only need the most recent one.

And the time frame to interview varies by every country.

Your' links are amazing... we got a case number and the invoice number a little over a week ago, but when I sign on the page to pay the Invoice fees for AOS etc, it still says Not Invoiced. Sound normal? I plan on calling NVC tomorrow to ask about it.

Austin no need to call them. Remember that NVC manually inputs the info.. I am in the same boat you are, no worries this week it should get invoiced. I would recommend emailing the DS-3032 if you haven't done so already and getting all docs together..

Also please complete your timeline for it will assist other members...

Good luck to you...
