Does persistence work in getting an interview date?

Interviews are scheduled when they are scheduled. Whether you call once a day, once every couple of days, once a week, or 20 times a day.........it makes no difference.

September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!

September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail

Hi,

Depending on the country, interviews are scheduled on a certain time in the month.

For example, Interviews in Australia are scheduled in the first 2 weeks of the month.

Not sure about the UK...sorry.

Well...from surveying all the Australians that are active in this forum I noticed that in most cases they got their appointments (e-mail)on the first 2 weeks of the month. This is for CR1 (K1 is different).

Be that as it may, your statement "Depending on the country, interviews are scheduled on a certain time in the month" is not a correct statement.

This is for CR1 (K1 is different).

I am well aware that procedures are different for the two visas.
