Hi Everyone,

I am working on my DS-230. I went to school in the US from 2006-2010. When filing out question 35 for the DS-230 in regards to residing in the US, do I just put mm/dd/2006- mm/dd/2010, location, for my student visa or should I write every time I left and re-entered in those 4 years?

Thanks for any input.

Within those years on which you studied, every time you came and went, was it for a couple weeks? Like on school breaks? If it was that way, I would not include those in and outs and go with the entire period of 2006/2010..

Yeah it was just for a couple weeks on holidays but I did go home for summer (3 months) two of those years.

It does but if, in her case, I don't think it would matter much. She was here, studying ... therefore she was expected to be here for a certain period of time.

Just like I suggested to Claire, on her particular situation; if you want to get the most accurate information, email the Embassy and ask how you should add it. good.gif
