Does the U.S. embassy in Ghana accepts Skype call records that have been copied and pasted in Word document? If not, does anyone know of a better way of printing the call records using Windows?

You can put in on word document. You can also save them and store them on a memory stick and sent to your loved one as a back up.

If you're using Windows 7 or Vista, you can use Snipping Tool located in Accessories folder or you can just type Snipping in the search box. You just need to select the area you want to screen capture and save it.

For Windows 8, you just type Snipping in Metro. If Metro didn't locate Snipping Tool, then you need to go to c:\windows\system32.

Skype call logs aren't easy to obtain. You can download and run a program SkypeLogView.exe and get all call logs as well as chat, files and text.

I just used it to get my skype call logs with fiancee last 3 years on a spreadsheet, but its not pretty, I think I will just stick to what others have done with the print screen of the chat window
