I understand that my wife must sign part 1 only. My question is as follows. Does it have to be her original signature? Do I send it to her as an email attachment>she prints>and then signs it and she would have to mail it to me and then i send in the DS230? Can I simply fax her the paperwork and she can sign it and then fax it back to me? Thanks in advance!!

Nope original since your country is not doing the electronic procesing yet. Has to be original. I know its costly and time consumming to mail.

An original signature on Part 1 is a must. She can download the form herself online, fill it out, print, sign part 1 and send the entire IV packet directly to NVC, if she has all documents.

01-16-2008 Met in Argentina, started dating

07-03-2008 Moved in together

03-01-2011 Married;)

04-21-2011 Sent I-130

04-26-2011 Delivered 1:35p

04-28-2011 NOA1 E-mail, off to CSC

05-02-2011 NOA1 Hard copy, Priority date 4-28-2001

07-14-2011 NOA2 E-mail

I-130 Approved in 11 weeks!!!:)

***A break from paperwork, not quite ready to move to US, together in Buenos Aires and loving married life:))))

That's what I did, I sent the package from here (Dominican Republic ) by Federal Express, it was there next day

06/19/2012 AOS fee bill invoice

06/27/2012 Payed AOS fee

06/28/2012 AOS fee Status shown as PAID

07/06/2012 IV fee invoice

07/23/2012 Payed IV Fee
