On the form I-134

does it need to be signed? and by who?

does it need to be notarized?

(I'm new here, so sorry if it seems like a silly question, just have so much to do and stuck on this little bit here)

any help appreciated! <3

Im American, and Sam is from England.

4/09/12 - I-129F sent

4/13/12 - Recieve Text of packet forward to CSC

4/18/12 - Receive hard copy of NOA1

8/08/12 - Received E-mail of NOA2! (took 118 days after NOA1!)

8/13/12 - Received hard copy of NOA2!

8/15/12 - NVC sent package to London!
