We are going through the US Embassy In Mumbai, and I am a bit confused on the I-134 form and the I-864 form. I was told to start the process before we get the packet just so we are one top of things. Do I need to fill both of these forms? Do they need notarized? Am I getting ahead of things?

Please help =)

Hello!

You only need I-134 for the interview. The I-864 will be needed after marriage to process AOS.

No need to notarize it unless otherwise instructed by the Embassy good.gif
