Got my EAD in the mail today yay!!!

heres my timelime for those wondering how long it takes to receive it:

10/23-EAD in production

10/26-EAD in production

10/29-EAD mailed

10/31-EAD in my hands :dance:

I never received txt msgs, information was posted on uscis website

Got engaged- April/2012

Married- May/2012

Sent in package to Chicago Lockbox- 8/14/12 (Day0)

Package received- 8/17/12 (Day3)

Email&Txt notifications- 8/28/12 (Day14)

NOA's in the mail- 8/30/12 (Day16)

Biometrics date in the mail [9/19]- 9/1/12 (Day18)

Biometrics completed! - 9/19/12 (Day36)

Interview scheduled notice- 10/3/12 (Day50)

Interview [11/7/12] (Day85)

I was signed up for email notifications but they never came so I just checked online every time.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based
07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

I was signed up for email notifications but they never came so I just checked online every time.

Same for me no emails or text and not even listed online but the card arrived but still zip about any interview.

2024.05 25- (day8) - Biometrics notice received. No need to present, will use previous.

If you get another couple tonight, with the last one being that USPS have picked it up, then you'll likely have it on Friday :)

11/29/12 - AOS Interview in Atlanta - 10 minutes long and approved on the spot.

My husbands EAD timeline was 10/20 card in production, 10/25 card mailed, 10/27 card received. We spent all day today in the social security office (in Bakersfield, CA)...makes me miss small town Mississippi. They say his SS card will be delivered within 10 days...we shall see :)

Congratulations to everyone who has finished their interviews! And fingers crossed that all those EADs come in the mail this week! We are patiently waiting for our interview reschedule notice...I'm thinking Jan or Feb, ekkk!

Concurrent filing of I-130/I-485:

06/28/2008 - Met my future husband in South Africa - love at first sight! Lots of visits in between -

04/29/2011 - Married in Mississippi

06/12/2011 - Moved to South Africa to (finally) live with my husband - issued SA conditional residence permit

05/23/2012 - Came home to visit family (on B-2) - was offered a dream job in July (2 weeks before we were to go home) and we couldn't turn it down! It took us ~1 month to get everything we needed here and finish paperwork.

08/20/2012 - Day 0 - I-485/I-130/I-765/I-131 package mailed to Chicago via FedEx

08/28/2012 - Day 7 - E-mail and text message notification received for 4 forms

08/31/2012 - Day 10 - Received hard copies of NOA1 (x4)

09/02/2012 - Day 12 - Received biometrics appointment notice; scheduled for 09/14/2012

09/13/2012 - Day 23 - Received hard copy of RFE (dated 09/07/2012) for unabridged birth certificate

09/14/2012 - Day 24 - Biometrics appointment in New Orleans

10/17/2012 - Day 57 - Interview notice mailed (received hard copy the 19th) for November 19th. We just moved to California that week so interview is being rescheduled.

10/20/2012 - Day 60 - Online status shows EAD card production

12/14/2012 - Day 101- Interview in Fresno, CA; approved

12/28/2012 - Day 115- Green card arrived in the mail!!!

Also, remember that you will be making a trip to the SS office after he receives his GC to take restrictions off and be issued a new card

Happy Halloween all. We luckily got my husbands green card on Monday in the US mail. So thankful that it is all over (for at least 1 year 9 months). We went to SS office in Sacramento on Tuesday (in and out in 30 mins) and now awaiting his SS so we can get his drivers license. Everything is moving along swimmingly..

Keeping my fingers crossed for all those still waiting. It happens, Sandy will likely slow things down a bit but keep faith..

~OUR STORY~

4/2012: Met online and began this cRaZY journey

9/2/2011: He proposed and I said YES!!After multiple trips back and forth.....

7/4/2012: He entered USA at LAX on B2 to visit 6 months

8/8/2012: We got married!!8/8/2012: AOS packet sent (Day 0)

8/10/2012: Packet signed for at 11:48a (Day 2)

8/14/2012: We got our txt/email notifications (all 4) (Day 6)

8/16/2012: Checks cashed.. (Day 8)

8/23/2012: Biometrics letter received via "snail mail" today.. September 7th at 12p in Sacramento CA (Day 15)

8/27/2012: Finally received all 4 NOA1 hard copies via US mail (Day 19)

9/7/2012: Biometrics completed!! (Day 30)

9/19/2012: Received txt message for interview!! October 22nd, 2012.. (Day 42)

9/21/2012: And the interview letter comes in snail mail.. October 22nd, 2pm in Sacramento..Time to get the final stuff together.. (Day 44)

10/16/3012: Received txt msg, EAD is approved and card being mailed. Right before interview and not really needed anyhow!! (Day 69)

10/19/2012: After a bunch of repetitive text messages, my husband received his combo card EAD/AP.. Of course four days before our interview!! (Day 72)

10/22/2012: Interview.. APPROVED!! (Day 75) Next journey ROC!!

10/29/2012: Green Card received in US mail... (Day 82) WOO HOO!!

~ROC BEGINS!!~

08/25/2014: Lifting Conditions Packet Mailed to CA service center (Day 0)

08/27/2014: NOA1 Receipt (Day 2)

09/05/2014: Biometrics letter received via "snail mail" Set for September 15th at 10a in Sacramento CA (Day 11)

09/15/2014: Biometric completed... now we wait!! (Day 21)

11/21/2014: Card/Document Production email received!! (Day 88)

12/01/2014: Card arrives in our mailbox.. this chapter is over... (Day 98) Next is citizenship!!

My case was sent to NBC and nothing is posted on uscis.gov as to any updates even though my EAD arrived last week in the mail. Is there another site? Most seem to get their interview date prior to receiving their EAD and I'm concerned mine has gone by the wayside. Is there a NBC number I can call and a timeline for NBC?
