The title of your thread says "cash"........never ever send cash to anyone through the mail. Use check, money order, gift certificate, paypal, Xoom, or a million other ways.......never cash.

12/19/12 NOA2!!!!!

I general, yes. However, the I-130 instructions are very clear on this. The payment must be a check or money order drawn on a US bank actually IN the USA.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...
