Just wondering. How long does it take for USCIS to update your case? may it be on accepting your application, then RFEs or Decision? :unsure:

03/27/2012- I-129F sent to USCIS

04/02/2012- NOA1 email

04/05/2012- NOA1 hard copy received

07/23/2012- finally some light! RFE via EMAIL

08/05/2012- Sent RFE reply from Philippines

08/09/2012- RFE Reply Response Review Notification Email

08/15/2012- NOA2 Approval via Email

08/22/2012- Hard copy of NOA2 received!

08/24/2012- MNL case number noted!

08/31/2012- Physical Exam at SLEC- Passed!

09/07/2012- Big Day! Interview-> APPROVED!

09/14/2012- CFO Seminar->done!

09/18/2012- Visa on Hand!, CFO Sticker DONE! YAY!!!!

10/04/2012- America Here I Come!!!

10/05/2012- Touchdown Chicago!

Hard to say, perhaps the best words to describe it are "erratic" or "inconsistent." :blink:

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

as soon as they received your rfe..your status will be "Request for Evidence Response Review" it will give you a specific date when they got it.

usually it takes 14days...but if it is simple rfe..maybe less than 6days...i got rfe too then within 9days(including sat and sun) got my approval around 9pm california time. goodluck!!!!!!

The longer it takes to happen the more you'll appreciate it when it does!

I just got an update on the USCIS website. This was after I made the above response.

Message says "Request for Evidence Response Review"

I received the RFE (very simple RFE) in the mail on Wednesday, then mailed the response on Thursday. It arrived on Saturday according to my tracking information and now it is Wednesday and they acknowledged receipt at VSC.

Sent I-129 Application to VSC 2/1/12
NOA1 2/8/12
RFE 8/2/12
RFE reply 8/3/12
NOA2 8/16/12
NVC received 8/27/12
NVC left 8/29/12
Manila Embassy received 9/5/12
Visa appointment & approval 9/7/12
Arrived in US 10/5/2012
Married 11/24/2012
AOS application sent 12/19/12

AOS approved 8/24/13

No one knows, just when they get to your case, you have peeps getting approved sometimes without even knowing cause the website wasnt update. they only got the letter :thumbs:

I dont even know if they received it already. the last thing I know is that, it was in San Jose,California 10 am pacific time last aug 7. then my fiance's brother mailed it again to the PO box of CSC. no idea if they received it or not. :unsure:

Usually sis 2 to 3 weeks but still depends on how sssloooowww csc work on your document. Some are fast in processing and some are as if they are sleeping and always on breaks never gets it done. :bonk: :bonk: :angry: The bright side is that you know they are looking into it. Sometimes it is just so hard being away from the love of our life. Still we have to wait and hope that it will be soon.
