i went to philippines to visit my fiancee on 11/2009 and return here in california on 4/2010. i'm just wondering if i can still file a fiancee visa now..i don't know if they will approve it or deny the petition coz that 2 years period already expired on 4/2012... do you think the petition will be approve? the last stamp on my passport was on 2010.i need help everyone, thank you!

I know for a fact the petition will be denied. Go visit, enjoy your time together and file the petition with proof og having met within the 2 years timeframe. Almost nobody has succes waiving that requirement because you have to prove that you're unable to meet each other, either due to medical conditions or for religious reasons.

Your eligibility is based on 3 requirements: Being a USC, being legally free to marry and having met within the past 2 years. Without either one of them, you do not fullfill the requirements and there's no basis for an approval.

I-129F approved in 180 days from NOA1 date. (195 days from filing to NOA2 in hand)

Interview took 224 days from I-129F NOA1 date. (241 days from filing petition until visa in hand)

From filing I-129F petition until POE: 285 days

You will be denied. You have to go there again or your fiancée will need to visit you again before you file.

No.

How can they approve it if you did not meet all the requirements? You must have met face-to-face within the 2 years prior to filing the I-129F petition. You will need to visit in person again, then file.
