They already have your SSN, and it will be on your tax transcripts as well. No need to send bank account information like bank statements unless you are using assets and need to prove the amount you have in the bank, or you have non-taxable income you need to prove you receive through direct deposit. I cannot see why you would need to black out anything for the I-134 and supporting documents.

It would almost be a waste of time since they already has your SSN from the i-129f that you submitted. They're verifying your eligibilty as a sponsor by submitting exactly that info. Blacket out bank account won't help you much if you're using assets/money in account because you need proof thereof by willingly submitting that proof.
