Even though the weather has been really bad since early this morning, my hubby woke up at 3am and cooked breakfast. I was so lazy to leave our house because of the bad weather. So I told him that we would just have my visa interview rescheduled. He took a shower and told me that we could at least try to go up there at the Embassy.

I don't usually listen to my husband, but today I did. LOL.

I got approved!  :thumbs:

My hubby and I are so happy! Thanks to everyone here who has supported and helped us in our VISA JOURNEY!

sis what are docs that the pre screener and consul did ask?

Pre screener? Hubby and I waited for our number to be called/flashed. She got my appointment confirmation form, pics, and passport and asked for my birth date. We waited again. A different lady asked the same thing, and I did the finger printing. She told us to wait again. Another lady asked us some questions, looked at our pics and told us that we could show those to the consul later. She got my NSO birth certificate, NSO marriage certificate, NSO CENMAR, and NBI. She also got our AOS. She asked some questions about our co-sponsor. She asked me to sign the document I faxed. Then she gave us a yellow paper and asked us to pay the fee. We paid $230 and we went back to the lady. She got our receipt and told us to wait again. This time the one who interviewed us was an American. He didn't really talk to me. He and my huband were the ones who talked. He was surprised that my husband hasn't left me since he first saw me. HaHa! He said "everything looks good". My hubby told me I got approved. I told him "NOT YET!" The consul told us to wait for my name to be called at the releasing window. I was called and a Filipino man/ consul told me that I got approved and he returned the appointment confirmation form we printed out and gave them. My hubby and I were so happy! We didn't realize it would be that easy. The interview with the consul didn't even last three minutes. He didn't even get our pictures and evidence of marriage. Maybe it was because my hubby was doing PDA. HaHa! Oh, and my hubby danced like this  . :P
