I didnt have a copy of my birth certificate so i read that i could send a copy of my passport. However i failed to see that i need ALL pages of the passport included. I actually just saw this today. Is this going to result in an RFE. I dont want to delay the process even more.

In that case, can i still send them another package and attach those extra sheets and while im at it, more evidence?

I just hit the 4 month mark today at VSC so i know its going to be coming up soon ( i hope)

What do yall suggest? Or should i just wait it out.

its not 100%, but I believe they really want you to send all the pages. you are at a 50/50 chance of getting a RFE, sorry =(. I believe this far along, you might as well wait and send the extra evidence IF they send you a RFE. It will only delay your case by a month.

Just wait it out. Sending anything more before being informed to do so will not result in anything positive. Some people have received RFEs for this, and others have not. If you do receive one, that would be the time to send anything more. Specifically, you would send exactly what they request. It would more than likely not delay your journey more than a couple of weeks. This kind of request would not be a big deal.

Thanks , i guess ima just wait it out, it bothers me that an "expert" buddy of mine didnt catch this. He said the picture and data part was enough. The instructions sheet he had from lawyer office just said copy of passport. It didnt mention to include ALL sheets.

We will see

Thanks

No problem. When in doubt, double check those instructions with the forms. It always takes precedence. This isn't a big issue and can really go either way. It is something that adjudicators have been known to let slide and others have not. Sounds like you are very close to knowing what you will do next so good luck on a speedy journey!

You may or may not get an RFE for not following the printed USCIS instructions for the I-129F petition. It will depend on the USCIS adjudicator. Avoid sending in additional information unless it is associated with a RFE, to do otherwise is like trying to match up two needles in a very big haystack. Response rates and time delays associated with RFEs can vary. Be prepared to swiftly respond to the RFE and hope that you don't get one.

Good luck on your visa journey.
