Hola,

I just got receipt notice for RFE yesterday and there was another touch on the case today. I was just curious how long will it take them to process the case and what is the next step?

There's really no way to know. USCIS has its own timeline, indpenendent of ours. If your RFE was received at the MSC, your case may be transferred to a local service center (or the California Service Center) in a matter of days or weeks. Then it'll be processed further.

Conditions Removed! Ten-year green card received 6/24/2009. No more USCIS for a very long time.

Response to RFE for my wife's AOS was received by MSC on Sept 8. It has been touched three times since then, last touch was on Oct 7. Still no sign of an inerview date.

U r lucky. I didn't get my EAD yet. Not lucky but luckier if there is such thing with these immi proceedings. I'm sick of it all :wacko:
