Hi has anyone gone to k-1 visa interview in ukraine without affidavit of support form? It says on ukraine embassy website that this form maybe submitted if you choose to. My fiancee does not need co sponsor and it would be alot better just to email all the documents to her, saves time and money.

Some Consulates allow self sponsorship, well one does, I doubt if Ukraine is one of them.

Your fiancee needs a sponsor, and that sponsor is her USC fiance. That would be you. You need to provide the I-134, 2011 tax transcript, letter from employer and most recent pay stubs to prove you make 125% of the poverty level for your household size plus your fiancee. If you do not make enough, then you will need to find a co-sponsor. The co-sponsor needs to provide their own separate I-134 and all the same documents as you do, plus proof of being a USC or LPR.

You must submit I-134, I think you misunderstood what the website says. They ask Visa forms and I-134 right from the beginning, as well as it is in the Packet 3, that beneficiary, must to have it.
