What address to send more evidence?

Has anyone ever sent in more evidence in support of an I-751 to the CA service center? Should it be sent to the same address as the original application - PO Box 10751, Laguna Niguel... or some other PO Box?

The NOA1 has another address at the bottom - PO Box 30111. But nowhere in the text of the NOA1 does it say that you should mail additional docs to this address.

This is not in response to an RFE. I just want to send in a tax transcript for 2011 because I am now convinced they will not be happy with my e-filed 1040.

Help Please! I am not sure where to mail this.

I would wait until if/when you do receive an RFE requesting that.

I agree with the above post.

Your evidence may be enough, or it may not...but it's 100% up to USCIS to decide that. If they decide it's NOT enough, they'll issue an RFE. And while RFEs are frustrating, annoying, and even disheartening, they typically don't have any additional stigma. In other words, a USCIS agent isn't automatically assuming that you're not worthy of extension if you get an RFE -- they're just covering all bases. So wait and see, then provide the necessary proof if and when they ask for it.

By the way, if it makes you feel any better, I was completely paranoid about the amount of evidence I had, so I made a point of adding some unnecessary stuff in my I-751 package. I put it in the mail on the first day I could, because I was just so concerned. And you know what? I was so focused on making sure my evidence was solid that I forgot to actually sign the I-751! Two weeks later, I got an RFE, smacked myself on the forehead, sent it back, and all seems to be well.

It's all part of a big process, and there are many elements to it. Don't complicate matters by sending additional documentation when it's not asked for. If they need it, they'll be sure to let you know!

I agree with the above responses. Don't send anything additional till you hear from USICS. I also was worried about our 2011 tax returns because we sent in our packet back in January. When I would read some of the documents that others on this forum had submitted, I'd get nervous that we hadn't sent enough and I was convinced we'd get an RFE. We didn't, and my husband was approved 2 weeks ago.

As the others have stated here, just wait and see IF you are asked for more evidence.
