I sent my AOS and IV package (via Fed Ex) to NVC on Thursday....they should receive both packages on Monday, 23 July. Anybody know how long its taking now for NVC to do case complete after they receive to AOS and IV packages?

it depends if you didn't receive any rfe or your not missing documents. Mine took few weeks because they said there were missing documents which is impossible because i double checked everything. check my signature for some infos. :) :)

Sept 10, 2012- called USEM and VISA WAS ISSUED

Sept 13, 2012- RECEIVED MY VISA

Sept 14, 2012- CFO seminar done(SMEF-COW)

SEPT 22, 2012- HAPPY FOREVER AFTER

06/16/2015 - FILED I-751 (USCIS RECEIVED ON 06/19/2015, But sent papers back to me for missing info on application papers. Re-sent on 06/23/2015)

07/02/2015 - Received I-797 Letter (Notice Of Action)

It's been 2 weeks since I sent in both packages and last Friday we got an email from NVC that I made a mistake in ds 230 so they asked to fill it out again and send it in, which I did. I sent it FedEx from Ukraine to NVC directly, they should get it tomorrow. I hope next week it will say case complete.

Typically they review AOS/IV package in one week from the date they have received your package in their office. Keep calling NVC everyday to find out the status. NVC operator will have an updated status only after documents are reviewed.
