flying within usa

long story short i been here since 2005 came on visa waiver from uk married wife same year still not started my aos papers (due to money wife not working health probs etcetc) anyways i got my passport can i still fly in usa i know i cannot fly out of usa well i can but i will not get back in ,just wondering if i be ok to fly within usa as i we been asked to wifes sisters for a week any help would be appreciated

may-june 2003 met my (to be wife) on a games site on the internet

december 2004 came to usa to meet her for 2 weeks

march 2004 can to usa for 3 weeks (on a visa waiver)hols to go meet as well with freinds off the game site we still play on

decided to stop here got marry 6th june 2004 (been marry 4 years)

started saving money for aos then things went wrong wifes work health (long story)

and due to the aos goign up to $1500 as well

now ready in few weeks to get things going agion

You should have no problems flying within the US so long as your passport is valid. I would suggest you stay inside the lower 48.

Pretty weak reason to have not become a legal resident during the course of 8 years. You can afford to travel and vacation but not adjust status?

There should be no problem traveling within the US.

There should be no problem traveling within the US.

I agree with all of this--$1070 over 7 sevens is only about $20 per month.

My MIL used her passport to travel from Denver to NYC when she was here. Not a problem. TSA is only responsible to check ID for domestic flights. Same for the airlines. Only time visas or other documents required is if you go thru passport control.

Ty for your comment , we are not paying for it wife's sister is for flights and other stuff , and over the course of 8 years my wife been in hospital 2x i had to go to emergency 2x wife been off work about 2.5 years in all all bills that we still paying for , when wife's was working we had 3 cars breakdown on us with 400-8oo dollars bills we nearly had the money sorted twice but then car/health/came first as it was emergency at the time no car no work < we have had no luck and believe you me we did not want this or still do, we are not young 60 and 50 sometime life's a b....h but we will get there hopefully in the end .
