DS-3032 Rejected - Please Help!!

We emailed our DS-3032 last week using the template - Yesterday we got an email reading:

"Dear Sir/Madam:

The Department of State's National Visa Center (NVC) is committed to the protection of personal information of visa applicants and their petitioners. To ensure the confidentiality of visa files and to prevent the unauthorized release of personal information, the NVC requires that the following information be provided with each inquiry:

Name of the person submitting the inquiry

NVC case number or USCIS receipt number

Petitioner's name and date of birth

Principal Applicant's name and date of birth

Unfortunately, your inquiry did not contain ALL of the above information. Please resubmit your inquiry with the above information so we may update our records accordingly and provide you with a specific response."

What drives me crazy is that it DID have all of that information! The only thing i didn't do was attach the ds-3032 form that was emailed to us, was that necessary? Now I called the NVC and they tell me I have to wait 20 days before they can look into it.

We've resent it. Any suggestions on how to proceed? Our AOS package is already at the NVC but we still haven't been invoiced for IV.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

IV won't be invoiced until DS-3032 is accepted, so stop thinking why it's not invoiced yet

Did you use DS-3032 email template posted on VJ without any modification except filling in your case specific information? If everything was right, then there is nothing else you can do besides wait for NVC to review your DS-3032 again.

You don't need to attach DS-3032 pdf form in email.

Yep used the exact template from the site. That's what's so baffling and frustrating to me. And of course I was given no help whatsoever from the NVC. I'm hoping the next email ds3032 will be accepted. Thanks for the response.

It will be not long, you will receive an acceptance of DS3032 next week.

I sent my DS3032 with wrong case number at first time.

Then I resent it. They replied me an acceptance email and my inquiry at the same time.

just making sure...... DS-3032 email was sent from beneficiary's registered email address in NVC database. beneficiary and petitioner also received AOS invoice email, correct?

Yes, That's correct. Again, that's why it's so baffling.

if you not have aos fee bill in petitioner's email inbox, I say wait a bit.

then when the aos fee bill shows up in the petitioner's email inbox,

send it in again.
