hello everyone!...We are about to send my application for AOS...can someone give me the correct

address of USCIS,we're sending it through USPS...thank you guys!

July 13'12 Appointment Civil Surgeon

Adjustment Of Status

July 18'12 Send my application for AOS

July 20'12 USPS delivered my docs. to USCIS Chicago,IL

July 23'12 USCIS received Application(Priority date)

July 26'12 Check cash out/got txt@email,received my application

July 30'12 received mail NOA1(AOS/EAD/AP)

Aug.22'12 Biometrics done(Detroit,MI)

Sept.19 USCIS mailed a noticed they approved my Travel Docs.

Sept.20 EAD card on production(approved in 60 days!)

Sept.25 USPS pick up mail from USCIS(EAD card on the way!)

Sept.27 EAD card received.

Sept 28 went to SSOffice for name change on SSN card.

Oct 05'12 Got my new SSN card.

April 16'13 USCIS emailed Case Status:Card/Document Production.

April 20'13 Recieved mail from USCIS welcome notice.

April 22'13 USCIS email that USPS picked up mail containing my GC.

April 25'13 Green Card on hand,finally!...

I don't think you send the AOS packet to USCIS you send it to NVC and if you paid your AOS bill online you will find the NVC address online on your recepit page.

USCIS link for K-1 AOS.

I don't think you send the AOS packet to USCIS you send it to NVC and if you paid your AOS bill online you will find the NVC address online on your recepit page.

Looks like they are filing AOS based on K-1 visa......

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

I come here on K1 visa...i guess this are for CR1?... i'm confused :bonk:

The OP is filing adjustment of status (I-485 AOS) from a K-1 visa not an IR-1/CR-1. Process is vastly different. For the K-1 you mail the AOS application via USPS to:

USCIS

P. O. Box 805887

Chicago, IL 60680-4120

and include the $1070 filing fee and all the other information. For the IR-1/CR-1 you deal with the NVC and pay the fee on-line as you get your GC shortly after entering the US on the IR-1/CR-1 visa and I think you are thinking affidavit of support (I-864) not adjustment of status (I-485). Both visas if married less than two years have to file for ROC on their 2 year GC.

Moved from K1 Process & Procedures to Adjustment of Status from Family Based Visas.

In the OP's case AOS means Adjustment of Status, not Affidavit of Support.

September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

July 23, 2025:  Filed N-400 online
