I'm not there yet, but come November i want too be ready to Turn my Packet in. I have around 45 Western Union Reciepts since June 1, last 3 years W2's. Employee Letter Signed. Birth Certificate(Color Copy) Passport BIO Page & Pages with Stamps. Photos Together( Will finish this after my next visit in October for the Wedding) ... and besides that a couple reciepts plane ticket stubs.... facebook/skype/phone logs.... Marriage Certificate (waiting till october). Passport photos soon to come... I Would like too see how other users created there "PACKET" ... and you send in your entire packet first thing? or is that later in the process? regardless i have already made 3 copys of everything, i will give my Fiancee the Packet which should pretty much be identical too what i will be turning in. but yeah... Photos, Video's.... any input on what your Packet looked like would be appreciated.

These items would not be submitted with the I-130 to USCIS, they are submitted to the NVC with the I-864 (or I-864EZ).

and you send in your entire packet first thing? or is that later in the process?

Relationship evidence (e.g. photos, copies of passport pages with stamps) as well as copy of your marriage certificate and copies of any other relevant documentation as called for in the I-130 instructions are submitted together. Beneficiary's civil documents and financial evidence is submitted to the NVC later in the process.

Forget the video's, no electronic media will be viewed by any government personnel (USCIS or State Department) at any point during this process.

I read your timeline, you are going to marry in Oct.this year?

So,you should focus on I130 petition first.

Then when your petition is approved.(4-5 months)

You will move to NVC stage.
