But do they really check if someone had applied for AOS from previous marriage or not?

I hope they just don't assume or guess.

It's something that they check.

Additionally, it is a question on the I-485 (whether you have ever previously applied for AoS).

For sure they have all the record so you cannot lie to them if they ask if you ever filed for AOS before...

Now I'm thankful that we never apply for AOS from my previous marriage....

What kind of bona fide marriage documents do u have right now? were only married 4 mos ago so Im just curious..and why you dont have to take bio?

I just saw this message.. this is what I have. we been together for over 3 yrs now

Package 1 (I-130) Table of Contents:

1-9 Evidence of a Bona Fide marriage.

1-9.1 Previous and current proof of address (Drivers License).

1-9.2 Current Lease rental agreement and statement from landlord.

1-9.3 Joint Auto Insurance policy.

1-9.4 Wells Fargo Joint Savings Account.

1-9.5 Wells Fargo Joint Checking Account.

1-9.6 Copy of joint checking account debit cards.

1-9.7 Capital One joint credit cards.

1-9.8 Wells Fargo 401K primary beneficiary.

1-9.9 Stock Ownership plan primary beneficiary.

1-9.10 Insurance (Core Life/AD&D) primary beneficiary.

1-9.11 Supplemental (Life Insurance) primary beneficiary.

1-9.12 Department of Water and Power utility bill.

1-9.13 The Gas Company Utility bill.

1-9.14 Direct TV Cable bill.

1-9.15 Family Plan cell phone bill.

I feel we have enough evidence... we now have more... like medical, all my bank accounts, both of our names on car titles, we have all the trips we made to different states...

I did not file for them either.

I am currently under Temporary Protection Status and that is the reason I did not require bios.

I did not enter with visa last I entered with a Humanitarian ADVANCE PAROLE (I-94)

really u got married too in Vegas yayyyyy what a coincidence:-) and that's my husband's first time in Vegas so he's like wow first time in Vegas got married in Vegas lol so we only have 3 witnesses in our wedding my 2 aunties and husband..how about u?

yes we sent his military id and mine too..

they told me they can only do expedite if he's deployed overseas...or is their any emergency

I had 24 guests.... just party people but at the end his mom flew from colombia and my sister from idaho.... Wow only 2 weekends away from yours.... What a coincidence....

It was a hectic weekend but we managed.... Maui Honeymoonwas a great treat....
