My ex is making my life hell. I am trying to file a k1 fiance visa to marry my partner. Thing is, I have 2 kids from a previous relationship and my ex has said he won't sign the passport or visa for them to relocate. When I asked if he would agree having them 6 months of the year then vice versa, he said No. He isn't open to ANY suggestions and I even bluffed him (I would never do this) and said "Do you want the kids 100% then?" He said "No, I just want to F you over and make your life hell".

He is being charged with intimidation and i have an avo against him. Can I get a court order to take them out of the country? Or am I stuck? He hasn't got stable accommodation, works 6 days a week and wouldn't know which end to wipe and which end to feed if you get my idea.

You can get a court order allowing you to take the kids. Of course, if it is denied you are stuck.
