I just looked at the status page again for my case and I notice that they listed my petition as a I-129 Petition For A Nonimmigrant Worker, but I'm ABSOLUTELY SURE I filed a I-129F Petition For Alien Fiance. Should I be worried about this? I double checked my copies again and there it is right on the top right hand corner "I-129F Petition for Alien Fiance"! The form expires on December 31 so I know the form is good! Should I be worried about this? I noticed the fees are different for the I-129 ($190) and the I-129F ($170). So if they listed my case as a I-129 and did not receive the proper filing fee, they should have not cashed my check and returned my packet right? Does anyone think this will be a problem? Or does anyone think that I might have entered the WRONG case number by mistake (I double checked that too)?
