its is Cr-1 question madam....its for my spouse

I'm sorry you are right, you may also want to change the visa filed for since you are upgrading that now.

Moved back to IR1/CR1 since she is filling for her spouse as a USC.

@ tarang,

can you update your time line??

How do you know that your case has been completed?? If only via phone, then put a service request about the status of your case. In general, If I am not wrong, If you are not on EP ( Electronic Processing), they don’t contact petitioner/applicant until NVC assigns appointment for an interview.

Generally, NVC takes week to 10 days to get back to you regarding your emails. It might seems silly, but if the case is in progress with NVC, then to upgrade the case ( F2A to CR-1) you have to submit copy of certificate of Naturalization along with copy of NOA2. Obviously , put all details of petitioner and applicant in cover letter i.e.; Name, DOB, Case Number

finger crossed you will get email from NVC saying " Congratulation on your Citizenship. Your previously filed I130 petition has been amended to reflect your new status........

good luck....
