Hi everyone, i really hope someone can answer and help me.

I'm peruvian, i have a US citizen boyfriend, he want's to marry me ... he actually lives in California, he came to visit me and we talk all the time on whatsapp, facebook and phone... we are totally in love with each other...and we can't wait to be together.

My question is , how should we both start the process? i'm scared the us embassy could deny me the visa or that pass i know they can give you to get marry in the US (only 90 days) please i need a lot of help here i don't know anything. :(

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Yes, go over the guides - they are VERY helpful. There are also links to all the forms you'll need under 'downloads'

Most of the things you need to know can be found in the guides and the form instructions. Have your fiance have a look at the site, too. You don't have to be a member to look at all that stuff or search for questions in the forums.

If you have a question about somethings specific, search the forums before you post a new question. There is a good chance somebody asked it before.

The process takes time and is a lot of work, but TONS of people have done it themselves, including me. Good luck.
