so my case is like that

i have B1 visa for then years that issue 4 years ago meaning i still have 6 years until it will expired

the last 2 years i spent in US with my O1 visa and got salary from my employer.

meantime i invest and opened a corp that 2 American citizen working in this corp -and of course i didnt worked or got salary

i renew my O1 visa and got approved from USCIS . next time i left US to visit my family i visit the US embassy and had an interview for my new visa

i was told in the interview that the visa approved and i guess a week later they decide to send it ti Administrative processing that now its more then 2 month already.

is it possible to fly to US under my tourist visa on a business reason even my O1 still pending AP ?

there is a way that a lawyer will get something that ill know for sure i can get in and they will not say in the border that since i was worked they dont believe me now that im coming not to work and just for business/travel ,and get me guarantee i will get in.

Thanks in advance

Nothing a lawyer can do.

Usually, your B visa doesn't get cancelled, so you can attempt to use it, but CBP may turn you back at the border. No guarantees until the day you fly.

You can try, it will most likely delay AP as they will have to start again.
