Been calling for a month but since my approval notice date is 30th May, so they couldn't really tell me to wait more.

I'm just getting the usual scan NOA2,send it to nvcresearch speech. I told them I did that twice already. Then there is nothing else they could tell me but "call again next week"

I called yesterday and spoke to 'Ruby' who advised me that CSC has been taking their time in sending NVC the approved petitions lately, and that to speed things up I should email the NVCResearch address with a scanned copy of our NOA2. :thumbs:

I called today (14 days) and I was told to send a scanned NOA2 so they will look and see why my case is not there yet...Well then I called CSC and was told to wait 90 days to NVC process my case! :wacko: :wacko: I said " are you serious?"...Crazy stuff is happening and nobody freaking know! :angry: :angry:

I was approved on May 24. Took a couple days off of calling and then yesterday i called to check. They told me that they received my packet on Tuesday and it was already out the door to the Moscow embassy. One more thing, when I was calling before, they sometimes told me 15 days and other times they would say 20 days. I can only imagine how much their phones have been ringing lately.

its a job to them and not a passion. it will just turn into a blame game imo. this is childish and not professional. they are working there not for the people, but just to make a paycheck. i wish they were actually working for the people.

Yup, when my fiancee called CSC the first time, they told her it takes around 30-45 days to send the case to the NVC and she started crying on the phone.

We always thought this was the fast and easy part but we were wrong.

I think you can expect around 3-4 weeks waiting at this rate unless they clear their backlog and speed up.

Ours took 29 days.

This blog describes my passed month. At 15 business days NVC told me to send the scanned copy e-mail to research... When I called USCIS they told me to allow 90 days. I got a courtesy response from NVC in about two days and almost two weeks later I get an e-mail saying NVC is still researching for your case and to allow another 35 to 40 days. Same day I call them and they already have my case. These people like to play pranks or something....headbonk.gif

We received our NOA-2 on the 29th and after 15 days called "we do not have your file in the system yet call next week" so waited until Friday same week and was told the same thing but added to send a copy of the I797 to NVCREASEARCH@STATE.GOV . On Thursday the 24 received a email from NVC saying they would investigate why they hadn't received on our behalf. Today 6/31 called again and we are in the system with a case number YEA!!

Hope this helps all of you around the same date that are waiting..it should be soon.

Congrats Mickeyman! :thumbs::dance: I'm at 52 days waiting (called again today with no results), and trying to not get too angry or depressed about it. They have almost used up 2 months of my 4 months (without asking for extension) "en route" from CSC to NVC. What a joke.....
