EAD approved -- AP still waiting

EAD is approved. AP is not approved at this time. Looks like seperate documents for each......weird. Maybe we will get lucky and the EAD card will have AP on it. But by the time we get the card, AOS interview happens. :dance: :dance: of course, also depends on the baby.... we could go to interview and Gretchen goes into labor at the USCIS office....(if the baby waits that long, 13 days after due date.....)

EAD and AP are approved by the same adjudicator at the same time. They rarely update both statuses. If your I765 is approved, so is your I131. You're good to go.

Pui's AP was approved first and then later in the evening of the day she had her biometrics her EAD was approved and about a week later she got the EAD/AP combo card in the mail. Good luck and hope you get your card soon.

I am just hoping she has her Green Card by August 10 os we can plan a trip in October.
