Since i am currently unemployed as of right now.

1. Can i put none on the job area on the g-325 form?

2. When i get a job, is there a way to change my occupation once its sent?

3. Also, if i cant, my mom will be my co-sponsor. Do i have to send in the Affidavit along with the I-130 packet?

I know its not listed as a necessity but i was just wondering?

I filled the paper out already and i was gonna print it but i wanted to ask first just to make sure.

i 864 does not get sent with the i 130..it gets sent at the nvc stage for the visa application

1. You can put unemployed now.

2.no need, are you the petitioner or beneficiary?

You can update your information when you fill in on I864-petitioner and DS230-beneficiary forms at NVC stage not now.

3. Yes, if you are the petitioner and no income. You need a co-sponsor.
