Hi

new to this subject

filed for my husband to join me here

I am disabled

my family will sponsor

I have tax transcripts for mom going back 3 years...

we are currently approved NOA2

So I have a question about me

do I fill our affidvit of support?

and

I was married before and never filed. the ex always filed. this would be the first year on my own

What if paperwork do I show ???

I have a direct deposit each month.

really appreciate advice on what to provide for the packet

your noa-2 approval, congratulations, the next steps are nvc call get the case number and id for choice of agent ds-3032, file 1-864 affidivt of support 88.000 fee.pay online aos iv fee you need to read the nvc guides.make copies of your tax transcripts send them along with the 1-864 down load all latest forms from the uscis look at the example forms ds-230.

Did you get a 1099 from the SSA showing how much you received for 2011? Do you have any documents that state how much you get monthly/yearly? State that you receive SSDI and provide copies of the documents that prove how much you receive plus a few bank statements to show the direct deposits.

If you were married to your ex, then you did file taxes. A married person cannot claim their spouse as a dependent. He would have filed a joint return, which you must sign too. See #2: http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=202335,00.html
