HI EVERYBODY!!

AS U ALL KNOW 5 OF JUNE WE HAD OUR 3RD ROC INTERVIEW AND TOADAY WE GOT THE DECISIO!!AFTER BEEIN MERRIED FOR 6 YEARS AND GOING THRU NIGHTMARE ,3 INTERVIEWS ETC...WE GOT DENIED !!! I KNOW THERE IS A LOT OF PEOPLE THAHT WERE FOLLOWING OUR CASE BUT HERE WE ARE GIVING YOU THE NEWS!! WE GOT DENIED AND OUR LAWYER SCHEDULED OUR IMMIG... COURT DATE ALLREADY FOR AUGUST 22!! WE ARE THINKING TO MOVE THE WHOLE CASE TO CHICAGO IMMIGRATION OFFICE ,SINCE WE WENT THRU ALL THIS BULL.... WITH THE HOLLY USCIS IN BOSTON!!! ANY ADVISE OR ANY CASESE LIKE OURS THAT IS BEEN RESOLVED OVER IMM ..COURT ARE WELCOMED!! PLEASE WRITE...THANKS AND GOD BLESS AMERICA AND THE PEOPLE THAT ARE DEPENDING ON SAN HOSE IMMIGRATION OFICERS THAT HAVE THE AMERICAN FUTURE IN THEIR HANDS

I am sorry you are going through all this. Good Luck in court. And please do not get angry and say anything about illegals or credit card fraud because that is a quick way to get denied again but forever. So keep your anger inside and try and be professional.

Can you please answer some questions for those os us that have been following you?

How did you get to the usa? finace visa, spouse, work, student?

When did you get to USA

What country are you from?

How long did you know each other before marriage?

When you had surgery in chicago was your wife working in Texas? and maybe they think you were not together cause she was in another state?

Did you ever use government money to pay your 160,000 foot surgery bills?

Have you Lived in the same home as your wife for the last 6 years?

When you went to chicago for 6 months ws your wife with you?

Have you been arrested or ticketed in the USA

Do you work? or did you work before the foot injury?

I think the questions they asked you in the 2nd interview were all trying to prove your wife knew nothing of your time in chicago so that is why they do not believe in your marriage but I need more information to try and help you.

Idk very well about your case,but yes i saw hundreds of case the Uscis started the removing proceedings and the Immigration Judge aproved the green card.If you have a good lawyer and enough proof of the relationship you will be fine. PLEASE limit to answer the Immigration Judge regarding your case and do not say anything about fraud and illegal people and do not get nasty with Immigration, they will be in the Court with you pleading their case.Probably your Lawyer will ask for an "INDIVIDUAL HEARING" and after 12-18months you will have another day in Court again.Good luck.

i came like a student 2004!!!

im from republic of macedonia,i met my wife 2004 and we stayed in touch while i was going back to europe and comming back to usa!!her father is macedonian and thats how all the things begun!!when i had my surgeries ,my wife was with me and after the surgery i was getting workmens comp check and we stayed with her parents trying to save as muc as possible!!i never used government money art all for anything we just payed them taxes !! hahah i never been arrested no criminal record at all clear as a tear,and i did work before the surgery full 5 years 14 hr a day a very difficult construction job!! and yes we lived at same home but we change rental homes 2 times!! at the interview everything was mixed!!questions after questions !! he is accusing us for taxes from 2006 when we got merried till 2009 and at the ame time infront of him we brought tax return transcripts wit official stemp from irs fromm 2006 till 2011!! i like how they profile ppeople and play dumb !! he said our bank account is fake !!we gave him another 2 pounds of statements ,2 visa cards and a check book with our names on it and adress!! what else they want !!blood donation or what !! thanks for the suppport i f u have advice do it !! we schedule a cort date 22 avgust and we gonna move the case to chicago immigration !! big no go fpr the SS-TROOPS IF U KNOW WHAT I MEAN HERE IN BOSTON !!
