hello guys, i am kind of worry.... in December my husband and i bought a house. after a couple months we noticed that we lost our papers. he lost his us passport and i lost my conditional green card... i went to USCIS to ask about what i could do and they told me to fill a 1-90 form. I did it. then my mom got sick and i had to travel so they gave me a temporary seal on my passport that I could used it to travel overseas. Unfortunately, today I notice in the website that they deny my i-90 and I'm shock because I cannot fill the form to remove conditional until two more months. also they told me that i need my green card that's why i had to filled the i-90 cuz i lost it!... i went to mexico without problem. and we still marry and everything ok. we both house everything so I do not understand why this happen. I am to worry about it! because I was planning to go again to visit my mom... please any kind of help thanks

What did the denial letter say, why was it denied?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

i dont know yet... i did not received it from mail yet!! i just checked online and I am worry!! i think I would receive it during the week cuz they send the denial in June 15. I have to remove conditional in august, but i filled the i-90 since march when they told me to do so cuz i lost my GC.

Did you send a check with the I-90 form?

yes i sent everything... and it is reflected in my account that they had the money. I also sent the change of address form and all the copies that they asked. it is look weird to me cuz i went to mexico for three weeks and came back without problem.

hello everybody, today i received the notice of the denial and they said that i should fill the i-751 to removed conditional. but i did not want to removed conditional i just lost my GC and they told me to apply the i-90 and now they denied it. I am with no GC and I cannot removed the conditional until two more months ... please if someone knows what to do please help me!!! thanks

How odd, you'd think they want your money!

When is your actual greencard anniversary date? Ie is it 2 months before your anniversary, or 2 months before the 90 days before your anniversary you can file?
