green card ,responding to your question, professionally you are not supposed to be refused a tourist visa if you meet the requirement but technically you wil be denied the visa as you have a pending application which is more greater than the visa but u will be denied the tourist visa based on one ground which will be,you dont have a family tie and you will not return to your country by the said date, however they know that once you get to United States you can easily do a status change on your application so therefore you will not be issued the tourist visa.so i advice that you wait for the out come of your application

You can't adjust status if your spouse isn't a citizen. But they might worry you'll stay until your spouse becomes a citizen. At which point you could adjust status.

1. Yes, you can be refused a visa.

2. No, a visa refusal or approval will not affect your F2A visa.

3. No one can guarantee you approval. You'll have to apply and see what happens. The consulate will want to see strong evidence of your ties to Morocco. Your visa will be approved and issued if the CO is confident that you will not stay longer than your approved time and that you will not work illegally.
