Your wife will file a spouse visa petition for you.

She will have to prove a US domicile.

Hi, Mithun.

I remember when I first began my investigation into the immigration process. I found this site to be very helpful, and I'm sure will continue to do so.

If you click on the "Guides" section above in the blue bars you can view the CR1 visa or K-3 visa workflows. The first step is always to file the I-130 with the appropriate lockbox. I'm not sure if K-3 is worth applying for anymore. People have been saying that their CR1/IR1 visas have been getting approved so quickly, that a K-3 seems almost obsolete now.

I'm not sure if it's the same for every country, though, so I would wait to see if someone from India could weigh in on the viability of the K-3. I know it's not worth applying for if the alien spouse is Canadian.

Have a great day, and good luck on your VJ!

CR-1, they don't have K3 anymore

They do have K-3. It's just not viable for most people.
