I applied for Spouse visa and got my NOA1 last march 27,2012. My wife applied for US tourist visa 4years ago and she got denied. My question is would that affect my application to her when she's on her final interview in the US Embassy Manila for my spouse visa application? Please help! Thank you!

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

That decision should not affect the current application, provided the reason(s) she was denied a visa then should not prevent her from ever entering the US. In other words, if she was denied her tourist visa due to lack of ties to her home country - 214(b) - she should be OK.

No, unless she lied on the tourist visa app- such as saying she was married when she was not.

Okay! Thank you for the quick respose! :)

What was the reason she was denied?

Lack of ties to her home country and that time,it's her first time to travel..no travel history yet..unlike now she's been to 5 asian countries already.

Nope, she didn't say anything about getting married or was married before. Its just lack if ties.

Then she should be fine. If she had been denied for fraud or some other criminal activity, she probably would have had a problem.
