I-751 NOA1 - paper notice only?

Hi guys,

Is there a place online that I can find if my husband and I will receive our NOA1? Or do we just need to wait for a paper/"snail mail" sent one?

No you must wait to receive it in the mail.

AOS

09/21/08- Phil arrives in US

08/15/09- Wedding

10/16/09- Mailed out AOS package

01/14/10- Interview completed - Approved!

01/23/10- Conditional Green Card received!

ROC

10/17/11- Mailed ROC package

10/19/11- Package arrives at VSC

10/20/11- NOA1 issued

10/24/11- "Touch"

10/24/11- Check cashed

10/26/11- NOA1 received

11/23/11- Biometrics appointment

01/14/12- Conditional GC Expired

07/17/12- Approved! - Notification of card production

07/23/12- Notification of card being mailed

07/25/12- 10 year GC received!

Should I be alarmed if it's been like 9 business days? It seems like everyone's been getting their NOA1s sooner and cash checked!!! WTH?!?! ahhhh

Be patient, you are dealing with one of the least affective agencies in the government.

I'm one-year into my ROC and so far I ONLY have a NOA-1.

Just wait, you will get it.

for sure. at this point it's not even patience. it's more like freaking out because husband's green card expires JUNE 30! what will happen if it expires and we still haven't received an NOA1?

You should have it by then. You never know with USCIS but it usually arrives within 30 days, for most, much sooner than that even.

Don't panic,you will be ok.No.he does not have to leave the country

if you don't receive your NOA till June 30.Just wait to see what happens and if you don't get anything by

June 20th let's say,call USCIS to find out what is going on.Have they cashed your

check yet?

06/08/12 - package received

06/11/12 - check cashed

06/14/12 - NOA1 received

Well, there is delay on sending NOA in CSC right now. Check out I-751 May 2012 Filers thread. Many CSC filers haven't gotten their NOA yet and they are discussing about that matter...

For sure. They haven't cashed our check yet!! Ergh...
