K-1 paperwork (i-129f & g325a)

Hello all,

I'm new here. My fiance in Colombia has finished filling out her G325A, I have filled out my I-129F and G325A. Here is my question. Do I mail the USCIS originals of the above documents or copies?

Make copies for your self and send the originals to USCIS, they check to see if the signatures are originals.

Also The G-325A forms are 4 part, you need to sign and date all 4 parts for your self, and your fiance needs to sign and date all 4 pages of their's.

You can fill out the forms and print them.

Copies are Ok for eviendces.

I agree with the above... In the petition there are only three types of documents that are to be originals and the rest can be copies

Originals:

I-129F with signature

G-325a for both the petitioner and the beneficiary (4 part form) each with signature

Statement of intent for both the petitioner and the beneficiary with signature

In addition, if you have any document that you wish to provide as evidence in your petition and it is not in English, a translation of that docuent must accompany it or it will not be considered.
