Timeline

hello visa journey, we already submitted all forms about AOS. we sent it may 21,2012 in colorados springs CO. we have a tracking number to know where's the mail now. it says, it's already in the uscis chicago IL. but i wanna ask how long does it take before they inform you to the next step. i hope anyone can help me.

It should take a few weeks to receive the notice of action. When was it delivered exactly? Be patient (I'm in the same boat). :)

K-1 Visa Timeline AOS Timeline

- Aug 31st, 2011 - Mailed I-129F package - May 29th, 2012 - Mailed AOS/EAD/AP package

- Apr 13th, 2012 - Visa received - Aug 24th, 2012 - Green Card received

ROC Timeline

- May 19th, 2014 - Mailed ROC package to CSC

- Aug 8th, 2014 - Green Card received

N-400 Timeline

- Dec 29th, 2021 - Filed online. Got notice that biometrics will be reused.

- Now waiting...

Based on my personal experience, and knowing that you mailed the AOS package on 5/21. Try to be patient and within the next two weeks you should receive the NOA1 The receipt day will probably be marked 06/01/2012.

Timeline

After you get the NOA1 your Biometrics letter should come fairly quickly. The Denver ASC is not very busy.

Nice to see someone else in Colorado Springs! :)
