Hey Guys,

Felt like venting a bit! I Got an RFE on May 14th replied to it same day as I received it in the mail! Stupid error I skipped Part C question #2 and 3. "Have you ever been convicted of....." anyways Marked NO and N/A as others had suggested mailed it back immediately!

California Center received it on the 17th of May and I am still waiting, getting a bit anxious and wondering if others have had RFE's recently and how long was the turnaround time in the California field office... I keep hearing others getting the approval within 4 days to maybe 7 days for minor things like this.

Just goes to show that RFE's can be as simple as skipping over a part inadvertantly. No need to get stressed out now. You should here something soon. The time varies, so just stay patient. You are definitely in the fast line now.

Good Luck

P.S. Remember that there was a recent holiday which can slow things down a little

Look at your timeline, it says CSC typically takes 27 days on average added to processing time. I think i saw a vermont timeline w/ rfe which said 19 days.

I had a recent RFE from the CSC. Was about 2 weeks for me after I sent it back. The holidays will delay things and it varies by how much they have incoming. You'll get your approval soon.

I got an RFE for the same thing from VSC. I replied mine on 4/18/12 and still waiting for my approval.

CSC however has been faster responding lately than VSC.
