Internet Options in Verchovazhie, Russia

I'm writing because I need some insight for internet options in the "wild" parts of Russia (as my fiancee calls it). My fiancee's visa has been approved, and her flight is scheduled for May 26!!! However, her parent's live in Verchovazhie, Russia, and there are no internet providers (i.e. no Skype calls).

I was wondering if there are any satellite air cards available for those parts of Russia, or the best way for them to communicate one she comes over here.

My fiancee swears that it's not available out there. I don't know how to hunt for services in Russia.

Should I look for some satellite providers? I know that the MajicJack will be the least expensive way for them to communicate; however, we need a high speed internet provider there...

Hey.... What about her mobile phone provider??? Sveta has a usb Internet thing that she uses when she's not in the city... It's not really high speed, but good enough for emails and IM. ??? Just a thought!!!

There's almost no mobile coverage in that area.
