How much is the Nigeria Police Report?

I heard like around N10,000 or so so what about $60. maybe more. I hear it could be more depending on who you ask and who is there. a shame to. It should be same price for all.

How much is the Nigeria Police Report?

It should cost between N5000 to N8000 ($31.00 to $50.00 USD)

Good to know- my husband is sending someone there to get the police report for him, so I'm trying to time it right! Thanks!

"Sending someone there to get the report for him" I suppose you mean to pick up the report, if otherwise, I think you should note that the applicant has to appear at the Police in person for his fingerprints to be taken.

My lawyer typed in all the information on ds230 and emailed it to me...i the emailed it to my husband and had him print 5 copies and sign them all(well the page that needs signed)and at the same time he got his police report completed in two days and then he used UPS to mail it to me. It took 4 days to get here. UPS-$227.00. Police Report-$480.00. We waited untilwe received NOA2

Are you saying the Police Certificate cost you around N 72,000??? Holy #######, are you serious? :shocked::unsure::o

I pray Truelove you forgot a decimal and it was $48.00 not $480.00. The medical doesn't even cost that. Oh myunsure.gif

Well I know as of yet Nigeria is not on list to do the NVC forms online. So was wondering how others handled the DS-230 signature from Beneficiary and police report? i mean did you just wait until NOA2 came and they got that and sent all to you (but the DS-230 Part II). Or you had the DS-230 ahead of time or what?

It's just this unreliable mailing system in and out of Nigeria. I know the only way he can send would be DHL. But just wondering as I wait in the USCIS queue. Thanks

Just wanted to say THANKS to you...this was a great posts. I have found an additional option for emailing the form to your spouse. There is a free application online called Cutie PDF. It changes simple documents to PDF format so you can email them and it does this by acting as a printer.

Download the app and save to your system. When you have completed your form, select to print as usual, but instead of selecting your printer, use the drop down menu to select Cutie PDF. Press print. When the document is ready (just seconds) your system will ask you where you would like to save the document. Just save it in a file on your computer and voila!...your form is in PDF and ready to be attached to an email for printing on the other end! Thanks for the readers who have given us tips on sending documentation back here in a week (or two) time frame and the link provided. It is very much appreciated.

I think I'm going to share this info with others on a separate forum.
