OP, you said "I-130" in your post but your information says K1 visa. Which visa is being sought? :time:

If you are in fact on the spousal visa path, did you opt for Electronic Processing when your file arrived at the NVC or did you submit everything by paper?

FWIW, if you had filed at NVC utilising the NVC Electronic Processing program, you would NOT get this letter, as you'd already know the interview date, and have interview appointment letter hit yer email inbox.

Well, then, I was right, we didn't do electronic at all. Don't know why. I hired someone to help me with this and we discussed it. I don't remember what happened regarding it... and until I got here, I forgot all about it after that first time we discussed it (which may very well have been the first time we met)... oh well. Que sera sera.

This message says I130 indicating CR-1/IR-1 spousal visa. Yet, your profile indicates K-1 fiance(e) visa. Which visa are you doing?:unsure:

If you want accurate answers, you have to provide accurate information.....

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)
