RFE I-485 ...vaccintaions medical?

I am in the process of adjusting status from a k1 visa, and just received an RFE and am REALLY confused on what to do....It reads "A review of the applicants K-1 entry does not indicate that the applicants age-appropriate vaccintaion requirements are complete due to pregnancy. If the applicant is not pregnant at the present time, she must contact an approved Civil Surgeon to complete the vaccination portion of her for I693..

It also reads NEW FORM I693 The applicant is required to submit a new form I 693, Report of Medical Examination and Vaccintaion Record, that is properly completed and signed. The newest version of form i 693 includes the medical information as well as the vaccination record...

We knew we would probably get and RFE because she is missing one shot, but it sounds like we need to take the whole medical exam over again?? I really need some help as this letter is confusing....Why would she need to take medical over again, or am I missing something.....Hope someone can make sense of our RFE....

Sorry to hear about the RFE. You can print the updated form and take it with you just incase they don't have the correct one. Also some civil surgeons rip ppl off! Check this link to see if there's a reasonable priced CS near you. You need to see a CS about the missing vaccines and have the results transcribed on I-693. It does not mean a new medical, from what you put here.

I got an RFE for the same thing only thing is in the RFE it stated the exact shots my wife was missing, so I just went back to the same CS we went to originally to fill out the missing shots cause my wife was pregnant when she went for the medical and couldnt get any shots. You need to put more info if you want better advice,(still pregnant or not, was the medical done here or abroad and adjust your timeline). Your best bet is to go to the civil surgeon and have him fill out the form (get all shots)and mail them asap. Good Luck!
